Injury rehabilitation, electrotherapy and more in Essex
All Registered Podiatrists complete a degree in Podiatric Medicine. All foot and ankle conditions are treated, including simple skin and nail problems. As well as routine foot care the following is also provided.

We treat all foot and ankle conditions
In addition to regular foot care services, our team
also specialises in ingrowing toenail surgery under local anaesthetic. This provides a cure to persistent painful and infected ingrown nails. This minor surgical procedure is comfortable and well tolerated by the patient. We also provide biomechanical evaluation, gait analysis and orthotic prescription.
Many musculoskeletal problems can be caused by dysfunction of the foot and ankle. Identifying these and correcting the way in which the foot and ankle work during walking and running can minimise the stress placed on the body. This is usually achieved by placing a specially manufactured orthotic, a functional foot insert into the shoes. We specialise in the care of ‘at risk feet’.

Qualified staff at your service
In addition to regular chiropody and podiatry treatments, at Oakfield Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, we also help with foot problems associated with systemic medical conditions such as diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis, sports and remedial massage, dry needling and more.
Contact us
to discuss your requirements in detail. In addition to this, our podiatrists have close links with podiatric, orthopaedic and reconstructive surgeons.
