Exit the M25 at junction 30/31 onto the A13 eastbound towards Basildon & Southend.
Take 2nd exit towards Grays and at roundabout take 4th exit. At the roundabout and take 1st exit into Long Lane.
Continue down Long Lane and go straight accross 1st mini roundabout. At 2nd mini roundabout turn left into Blackshots Lane. Oakfield Physiotherapy Clinic is 100 yds on right.

From the A13 westbound towards London take junction signposted Brentwood (A128) and at roundabout take 3rd exit.
Continue straight forward to next roundabout (Blackshots) and take 4th exit into Blackshots Lane.
Go straight across 1st mini roundabout, Oakfield Physiotherapy clinic is 100 yds on right.
