Oakfield Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic has been established locally for many years. Initially the clinic was based in two rooms in Thurrock Rugby Football Club, and then due to the clinics success and growth it was necessary to move too much larger premises at 128 Blackshots Lane, Grays, on 8th March 2004. In this new location the clinic became even more popular and due to patient demand it was necessary to increase the number of therapists and services offered.
In addition to Physiotherapy the clinic now offers:-
Osteopathy, Podiatry / Chiropody, Sports and Remedial massage, Acupuncture, and is complimented by a Registered Nurse.
Direct referral to Consultant Surgeons or Physicians is available where appropriate. MRI scans can be arranged on a self funding basis and results are normally available within 10 days.
The clinic adopts a multidisciplinary approach to patient care when necessary and also offers varied appointment times in order to fit in with patients lifestyles and occupations.
